Are you enthusiastic about providing service to others? Do you speak French in combination with English?

For a HUGE project concerning road tax in Belgium we are looking for customer service employees with administrational tasks.
As mentioned the project is huge and you will be working HARD!

In short; since April the first, 2016, all heavy good vehicles must have an On Board Unit which registers driven kilometres on Belgium roads and taxes these kilometres.

And we need you to keep people informed and keep everything running smoothly!

What tasks will I be doing?
The focus is on Customer Service....excellent Customer Service!

You will be the first contact point for all those involving the road tax project: truck drivers, involved company representatives and civil servants.

Your task is to handle their questions in the best way possible and re-direct them if you cannot provide the desired answer.

Besides telephonic contact you will also be responsible for contact through e-mail and chat.

Another aspect of the job is administrational work, think about registering new trucks.

When can I start?
You will start with a fulltime training of 2 weeks!


  • You need to be able to speak French (native, fluent) and English at B2 level
  • You are customer oriented and secure with administrational tasks
  • A good listener and respond to the needs of each client
  • You are available for a fulltime training starting on 3 April
  • You are fully flexible 24/7 to work! Yes, 24/7, but we will try our utmost best to provide you with stability and predictability in working hours
  • You are available for this many hours per week: 20-26 or 24-30 or 30-36
